Measurement and Treatment Research to Improve Cognition in Schizophrenia (MATRICS) Consensus Cognitive Battery

Measure cognition in individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia and related disorders using tests selected by experts. The MCCB was developed to aid research toward creating medication effective for improving cognition in individuals with schizophrenia.Normative data for the battery allow for multiple demographic corrections. Both T scores and percentiles are available. As a standardized battery with conorming of 10 component tests, the MCCB exhibits high test-retest reliability and has high utility as a repeated measure. The MCCB has a demonstrated relationship to functional outcome and high tolerability by respondents.NEW! In addition to scoring CDs, each MCCB kit now includes a serial code for a PDF download.The MCCB Scoring Program allows entry of primary raw scores and provides the corresponding T scores and percentiles and a graphic profile of the T scores for each of the seven cognitive domains.
