Test Description
Administer the PAI-CS using the PAI-CS scannable answer sheet. Scan the answer sheet (requires compatible "pencil-read" optical scanner) and the PAI-CS software will generate the report.The scannable answer sheet is HIPAA-compliant; an alternate version provides space for the client's name. Note: For information about scanners, call the Scantron Corporation at 1.800.722.6876 or visit the Scantron Web site. The scanning module is not compatible with ScanTools Plus version 8 and above.
