Test Description
Administer the print version of the PAI using the PAI Form SS (Scannable) Answer Sheets. Scan the answer sheets (requires compatible “pencil-read” optical scanner) and the PAI-SP software will generate the comprehensive clinical report. Note: For information on scanners, call Scantron Corporation at 1.800.722.6876 or visit the Scantron Web site. The scanning module is not compatible with ScanTools Plus version 8 and above.
